SIX MONTH COACHING PROGRAMS
Six months is the period of time that people generally take to have made changes in their behaviour that will last, and to have transformed their environment to support those changes. Two main programs are outlined below. Contact Chris for more information and optionsl.
Program A
Two one hour sessions per month.
Who is this for? This is for you if you want regular opportunities for checking in and guidance, a good healthy dose of encouragement and a support team that is staunchly, 100% there for you. And in between, you're confident and you'd like the challenge of implementing actions on your own. If so, two sessions per month could be ideal for you to plan, implement, see great changes and keep the momentum going between sessions.
