From the first week of my coaching sessions with Chris I noticed change.
I was putting ideas I had contemplated for years into ACTION. Just little things at first...a change in my language, an acceptance of my situation, a determination to go forward. I really enjoyed the structured sessions and was encouraged to scrutinize my life in a way I had never done before. So far I've achieved better relationships with my family, a more organized work space, more connection and networking with colleagues and some positive steps towards my goals. Mostly, I feel more accepting that I can achieve great things and should not hold myself back. Thanks for your love and belief in me Chris and especially your inspiring ability to cope so well in your current, extremely challenging circumstances. You're proof that coaching really works! |

Wow Chris,
what an inspiration you are. Your vision, your compassion and your determination to empower women (and men) who are making a difference in social justice, peace and environmental sustainability to be even more dynamic change-makers is to be loudly applauded. You bring a vast personal experience in the social justice fields coupled with an in depth knowledge of ‘making-a-difference’ ways of being, and then add to that powerful mix your capacity to listen to, explore with, and motivate others. The result is that you have woven together a coaching program which is both unique and extremely potent. I have been highly encouraged by working alongside you in a mutual mentoring peership. I therefore have no hesitancy in commending you to anyone who wants to make a difference in their lives and/or the lives of others. And I thank you for making a difference on this planet – our one shared home. |

Chris is one of those rare individuals who can help you see any situation as a learning opportunity full of possibilities.
Her positivity is relentless and contagious. She has held my hand and helped me through self doubt and confusion to confidence and clarity, achievement and influence - from unemployment to a senior government position and my current doctoral studies. I'll be forever grateful for her warmth, humour, compassion and insight. Everyone needs a friend and a coach like Chris. |
