Clive Rainsford Henderson. A beautiful man. A good life.

Dad, Clive Rainsford Henderson, died on 20 October 2012, aged 87 years.
It had been just three and a half weeks since we all, Dad included, first learned that he had cancer - and that it was extensive and very advanced in his bones and throughout his body.
For the funeral we put together a powerpoint presentation of some of the images and events in the life of this very good, very special man - husband, brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, great uncle and friend. It turned out to be a lovely way to remember and celebrate his life, and many who knew him have asked for a copy of the presentation.
The slide presentation shown at the funeral can be downloaded by clicking the first link below. It's in PDF format so should be easy to view on all platforms. If you don't already have a PDF reader, visit Adobe Acrobat Reader and press the yellow download button.
In the second presentation below - provided in both PDF and Microsoft Powerpoint versions - there are more slides. This large (56 MB) Powerpoint version also includes notes about the photos and Dad's life, however it may take a while to download, depending on your bandwidth. This Powerpoint format will also allow you to copy and save or print the photos if you wish.
The 'expanded slide presentation with notes' will be updated every so often as we gradually work through Dad and Mum's large collection of photos and other memorabilia, so if you're interested you might like to return a couple of times a year to check whether the ppt version has been updated. (Check the number. The current one as at August 2013 is numbered 3)
(Mac users can visit the Microsoft website to download a free PowerPoint Viewer 2007 for viewing this full-featured powerpoint presentation.)
