February workshop

Participant feedback on being introduced to the Map of Meaning

What a powerful and deeply moving experience ...feeling energised, positive and peaceful and with total confidence that I can achieve my goals.

Rowena McGregor, Research Librarian, Bond University

I loved the clarity, the integrity and the joy … being able to dance into the different areas and noticing the changing perceptions and insights as I did was valuable.

Elizabeth Borland, Empowering Solutions, Red Hill Psychology.

Comments from other professionals who use the Map in their work
This work defines a territory that has been hard to grasp. For the first time we can fully understand the value of meaningfulness in our work and life. Most impressively, the Map of Meaning shows us what to do about it to increase meaningfulness.

Ann Edge, President, Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.

I experienced this model as being much more than a 'model'. It is a life process of development that keeps one focused on what it is to be truly human.

Margi Gordon, Principal Consultant Roffey Park Institute

I know from my experience of working with the Map of Meaning that of all the tools, interventions and frameworks I've used, this is one that consistently adds value to whatever I'm doing. It always works. It always has an impact and engages everybody. It has rigour, there is a strength to the framework, and sufficient space within that for people to construct their own meaning.

Steve Tarpery
Organisational Consultant with over twenty years’ experience in the UK

By providing a well tested, comprehensive framework and language, this work helps managers to engage in a genuine dialogue on how daily tasks can be a natural expression of what truly matters, beyond profits and growth. Grounded and deep, the authors show us how to integrate inspiration and purpose into the reality of business.

Lenette Schuijt, leadership trainer and author of several books on management and inspiration.
