Women solopreneurs, women in medium sized companies, one in a large organisation, and a couple focused on the not-for-profit arena (or thinking of doing so).
A fine context for vibrant conversation, growth, inspiration and energising for the month ahead.

September's featured presenter Ronit Baras (The Motivational Speaker) is a captivating and gutsy world class speaker and educator.
Ronit brought a wake up call for each of us to have our Emotional Intelligence functioning at optimal levels in leadership, teamwork and sales as well as in all relationships including with our children.
The four main levels of competency covered were: 1. recognising my own feelings; 2. managing my own feelings; 3. recognising others' feelings; and 4. helping and supporting others with their feelings.
REALLY getting the relationship between these dimensions powerfully brings home how each is critical to enable understanding and effectiveness at the next level. Without self-awareness, for example, all the rest is random hit and miss - and haven't we seen that in action! As leaders it works to build and maintain high levels of mastery at all levels in order to gauge and positively influence ourselves, our businesses and organisations.
Ronit and the topic of Emotional Intelligence would be beaut for a wide range of contexts and audience. More information: www.themotivationalspeaker.biz
